Application Process
Step 1: Complete the online application
The first step in the application process is to complete our online application.
The online application is simple and free. You will just have to answer a few questions about your academic history, experience you have, and your motivation for wanting to go to vet school.
Step 2: Submit transcripts & resume
After the application is complete, you must submit the following documents:
- Transcript
- Resume
Step 3: Submit any additional supporting documentation
You can also submit additional supporting documents:
- Letters of recommendation
- Personal statement
- Certificates
- Awards
- Honors
Step 4: Interview
Once all documents have been submitted, an interview will be scheduled. Interviews are usually done via online video meeting with one of our Deans located in Aruba.
Step 4: Admissions Decision
Xavier University School of Veterinary Medicine works on a rolling admissions schedule. Students will receive an admissions decision within 1-2 weeks after their interview takes place.
If accepted, students will be provided information regarding next steps, including finance and scholarships, immigration, housing, and arrival to Aruba.
You can upload all of your documents right into the online application or send them to your admissions representative, with the exception of all official transcripts.
